Terms of service

The deal, in plain English. No fine print you need a lawyer to decode — this is exactly how we work, and accepting a quote from us means agreeing to it.

01 — Quotes & booking

The number we text you is the number you pay

Every job starts with a written quote — usually from a photo of your wall, roof or room. The quote is a flat rate, itemized, and valid for 14 days. When you accept it (a reply text is enough), that quote plus these terms is our agreement. We don't adjust prices at the door; if the site turns out materially different from what was described or shown (different structure, no access, extra buildings), we re-quote in writing before touching a tool.

02 — Payment

Pay when the work is done and tested — not before

Nothing upfront on standard jobs. Payment is due on completion, the same day — after you've seen the speed test or the finished mount. We take Interac e-Transfer to (705) 717-7074 and cash. Prices are in CAD and subject to HST (we're registered: HST # 750305740 RT0001).

Invoices left unpaid past their due date bear interest at 2% per month (26.82% per annum) from the due date until paid. We'd rather never charge it — pay on the day and it never exists.

Custom projects (dedicated cinema rooms, whole-home automation) may require a deposit; if so, it's stated on the quote.

03 — Materials & travel

Materials at cost, travel by the published table

Mounts, cable, brackets and hardware we supply are billed at cost, with the receipt shown — we earn on the work, not on markup. Travel is a flat fee by distance from our Etobicoke base, per the zone table published on the main page, quoted with the job — never added at the door.

04 — Scheduling

Life happens — just tell us a day ahead

Need to move the appointment? Free with 24 hours' notice or more. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $49 fee plus the travel-zone fee if the crew is already on the road. If we have to reschedule — including for weather that makes roof work unsafe — there's never a fee, and you go to the front of the line.

05 — Warranty

Lifetime workmanship warranty, and what it covers

Everything we bolt to your wall or roof carries a lifetime workmanship warranty: if a mount we installed ever loosens or fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it free. That's the promise on the front page and we mean it.

What it doesn't cover: the equipment itself (dishes, TVs, routers and boosters carry their manufacturer's warranty), damage from misuse or modification of the install, pre-existing or developing structural issues of the building, and force majeure — lightning, falling trees, ice storms and other acts of nature.

06 — Your site, our conduct

Insured techs, sealed penetrations, honest limits

All work is performed by insured technicians. Roof and wall penetrations are weatherproofed and sealed as part of the job. Before we drill, tell us about anything hidden we couldn't reasonably know — buried lines, in-wall plumbing, radiant heating, aluminum wiring. We take responsibility for our workmanship; we can't take it for conditions nobody disclosed and no reasonable inspection would reveal.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario. If something here ever feels unfair in your situation, call us first — we fix problems faster than paragraphs do.
