Who this is for

Boardrooms, restaurants and offices across the GTA

Wirewolf is based in Etobicoke and installs commercial AV across the GTA, from downtown Toronto boardrooms to restaurant sound systems in the suburbs and offices up to four hours out. The person who shows up to your site visit is a certified AV field engineer and control-system programmer — the same person who designs and programs enterprise-scale AV builds for a living, with a background in commercial integration and Bell installs before that. That is the actual credential behind this page, not a marketing line: your boardroom gets built by someone who also programs the systems, not a technician reading a manual on site.

That matters because AV in a commercial space fails in one of two places — the install or the programming — and most crews are only equipped for one of them. A rack wired well but programmed badly is a touch panel nobody can operate. A control system programmed well on top of a sloppy install is a service call waiting to happen. We do both, on the same visit, with the same person accountable for the result.

Documentation is treated as part of the job, not an afterthought. Cables get labelled. Racks get documented. Whoever manages your building after us — an IT contractor, a property manager, the next integrator — can open the rack and understand it without a phone call.

What we install

Commercial AV services, quoted after a site visit

No fixed prices on this page — every project gets a free site visit and a written, itemized proposal. Boardrooms, restaurants and shops are all different rooms with different equipment, and we would rather measure the room than guess at it.

How we work

Vendor-neutral, engineer-documented, one person accountable

We service what other people installed. A lot of the commercial AV work that comes through Wirewolf is not a new build — it is a boardroom system that never worked right, a signage player nobody can log into, or a background music zone that was set too loud in the kitchen and too quiet in the dining room since the day it went in. Bring us whatever is on the wall now and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth re-programming or worth replacing.

Vendor-neutral, commercial-grade hardware. We are not selling one manufacturer's ecosystem. The proposal is built around the room, the conferencing platform your company already uses, and the budget you give us — not a quota. That also means we can walk into a rack full of gear we did not sell and keep working on it.

After-hours installs. A restaurant does not close its kitchen for a speaker install and an office does not clear a boardroom mid-week for a rack swap. Most commercial work here happens evenings and weekends, on purpose, so the room is back in use before Monday morning.

One person, start to finish. The person who does your site visit is the same person who designs the system, wires the rack and programs the control system — not a salesperson who hands you off to a subcontractor who hands you off to another subcontractor. If something is not right after we leave, you call the same number you called to book it.

Small business is not a small job. A two-speaker background music zone in a café gets the same treatment as a multi-room office build — measured, wired properly, tuned to the space and documented, not squeezed in between bigger jobs.

AV is what we lead with commercially, but the same engineer also handles residential smart home programming — see our smart home installation in Toronto page if that is what you actually need.

Commercial AV FAQ

Straight answers about commercial AV in Toronto

Can you fix or re-program a system someone else installed?
Yes, and it is a regular part of the work. We service and re-program existing boardroom, signage and sound systems whether we installed them or not — re-terminating bad cable runs, re-programming a control system nobody can remember the logic of, or re-tuning a zone that never sounded right. Bring us the equipment list and we will tell you what is worth keeping.
Do you install after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Most commercial installs happen nights or weekends specifically so a boardroom, restaurant or retail floor is not down during business hours. Tell us your hours when you book the site visit and we will schedule around them.
What does a boardroom AV install typically cost?
It depends on the room size, the conferencing platform (Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms have different hardware requirements), and how much control complexity you want — a single display with a soundbar is a very different job from multi-camera framing, wireless presentation and a scheduling panel on one touch panel. We do not guess a number on the phone. A site visit and a written itemized proposal tell you exactly what it costs.
Which brands do you install?
We are vendor-neutral and work with commercial-grade hardware — the proposal is built around what fits the room and the budget, not what we have a quota to move. We are not tied to one manufacturer's ecosystem, which also means we can service equipment another integrator sold you.
Do you offer service contracts or ongoing support?
Yes. Once a system is installed we can set up scheduled maintenance, firmware and software updates, and a call-out arrangement for when something stops working. It gets laid out in the written proposal so you know what is covered before you sign anything.
How fast can you quote our project?
A site visit is usually booked within a few days of getting in touch. From there you get a written, itemized proposal — typically within 48 hours of the walkthrough — with no fixed price published up front, because no two rooms are the same.
